Haley Spades: I grew up in New Orleans and I lived in the metro area pretty much my whole life. I moved to California after I graduated college and I started shooting porn. Haley: Yes. I feel when I started college was when I got more sexually adventurous. I started stripping at 18 so I just liked having all the attention. I was grown up so I could do whatever I wanted! Haley: I had been with one girl. I was a unicorn for somebody but it wasn’t really that fun. And I had basically been in a long-term relationship before porn. We had opened up the relationship when I started shooting but that relationship failed. I wasn’t really into girls. I consider myself bi but I’m definitely straight leaning. If I hook up with girls, I like it to do it with a guy. I need that masculinity; I need that energy. But I have fun with girls but when it’s just me and a girl, I get kind of bored.

Life before pron

Haley: I was scared! It was a Thursday night and it was at one of the Larry Flynt Hustler Clubs on Bourbon Street. They had me do an 11:30pm audition and I was scared shitless! I was scared just taking my top off. But I did it and I got hired and they really liked me. That was the start of it! And I stripped basically all the way up to the time they shut all the clubs down due to Covid.

Haley: In New Orleans, it’s only topless. They did not want to say good bye to their liquor license. A lot of states have that rule that if there is liquor being served, it’s topless only.

Haley: I was nervous for the first couple shifts but I think I got used to it because the girls were super nice. I think it’s super scary when you’re freshly 18 and you’re going to do something that your parents will disown you for! (laughs)

Why shedecide to get into professional porn?

Haley: I had just graduated college in 2020. I had just started OnlyFans like every other girl in the world at that point. I had come from stripping already and I felt pretty comfortable with it. It was definitely nerve wracking at first because I didn’t even have an internet alias. I had to make that switch pretty fast especially when I started getting big just from doing content. I think it was about 6 or 7 months in when I started having these ideas. I figured I was already naked all over the internet; I’m already doing this, why don’t I go to the major leagues and do the big girl stuff. I started reaching out to agents and started coming out to LA in February of 2021. So, that was really cool. I just felt like it was a no brainer at that point and there was no going back. I don’t really have a type, there’s not something I’m usually looking for. They just better be down to put it in my butt, that’s about it. You’d be surprised how many are not.

Haley: I watch anime and I play video games. Those are the 2 big things I do for fun. And I like to go to raves.
