Monique: I came from a good family. I played soccer for about 9 years. I did girl scouts when I was a little kid. The regular life. (laughs)

Monique: I took a break to finish school. I just needed to focus on my studies. And I was also working two other jobs at the same time. And my previous agency wasn’t really booking me much so I was just sitting at home waiting for the phone to ring.

Monique: Yes I did. I was an office manager for a company. I’ve had various jobs. I have a degree in culinary arts, so I worked in the restaurant industry as well.

Monique: Right now, I love, love, love all the comic book movies. The Amazing Spider-Man 2, that’s one of my top 2 or 3 right now. Right up there with the new Captain America movie which was really good. I’m a comic book junkie.

favorite TV shows?

Monique: I love Super Natural. That’s pretty much what I’ve been watching. I’ve been watching NetFlix more than anything. I also love the Simpsons and Family Guy.

Monique: For a long time, I really wanted to own a restaurant but after working in quite a few restaurants and seeing what it can do to an owner, that’ definitely not a goal I have right now. Honestly, I’d like to own a warehouse business, something that’s not completely hands on.
