Narain, born to an Afro-Guyanese mother and a Chindian father, gained fame as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in 2002. She has appeared in numerous Playboy videos and music videos, including R.L.'s "Got Me a Model," LL Cool J's "Luv You Better," Mario Winans' "I Don't Wanna Know," and Fabolous' "Baby." She competed on the NBC show Fear Factor Playboy Playmates Edition but was eliminated in the first stunt. In 2005, she was sued by Irish actor Colin Farrell over a sex tape, which was eventually settled amicably. In 2009, she appeared on The Joy Behar Show to discuss her sex addiction, alongside her casting on Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew.
