Tera Winters: I grew up in Gilbert, Arizona, born and raised. Like a lot of girls in the industry, I actually started out as a stripper, of all things. The first job I ever had was at a Chinese restaurant and that was awful. And the second job I ever had was as a stripper and I did that for 5 years. And here I was, 18 years old and if you’re 18, 19 or 20 in Arizona, you can only work nude, you can’t work topless because topless sells alcohol. Tera: It just roller coasted after stripping. I thought, ‘this is really fun!’ I had a few people that were regulars and one of them said he wanted my number. I looked bad. I thought my career was over. I had just started getting work and I had to turn down a lot of work. I went to see my agent and she was, ‘Ew, yeah, I’m just going to put you down as unavailable!’ I finally found somebody who told me what was going on and he told me I had to have surgery to fix my face. I finally got my face fixed and I was excited to get back into the industry. It was 2020 and I even went to the AVNs and right after that, the whole thing shut down. Here I am, basically starting over 4 years later under a different name and everything because I used to go by Kimber Veils.

Tera: What’s so weird is that I don’t even know everything about it. All I know is it’s a thyroid disease. The weirdest part about this entire thing is that when I had surgery, my thyroid started to act normal again. Right after the surgery, I put 25 pounds on in two months. And the weirdest part was that I basically started going through puberty again. My hips started growing, I grew a ½” taller and my sex drive went through the fucking roof! Before, when I first started, I wasn’t turned on all the time, certain things would turn me on. And now, my sex drive is pretty damn high; I never wear panties so that anybody could sneak a peek. Now I’m more of a beast.

Tera: Because I tried really hard to grow the ‘Kimber Veils’ name but to be 100% honest, I changed it for multiple reasons. One of the biggest reasons was when I went to AVN in 2020, I had so many people come up to me; I was so excited, I was almost overwhelmed meeting so many people. But how many people kept coming back to re-ask what my last name was? It was enough for me to think it was a bad idea. I was also severely shadow banned as Kimber Veils.

Tera: I was extremely nervous and the thing that got me the most nervous was that somebody else did my make-up that day. And I was so uncomfortable, it was ridiculous. But, other than that, I was really excited. I was excited to have a group of people in the room. I felt like a star. That was funny but what was really funny was that I was 19-years-old and I played Ryan Driller’s stepmom. So, I was 19 playing a MILF and it was a little bit sad afterwards that I didn’t even play a teen!
