Yara Skye: I’m from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I grew up there my whole life. When I was little, I went to about 5 different elementary schools because with my parents jobs, we moved around a lot. After that, I went to the main school in my area for middle school and high school. I wanted to do fashion when I finished college. After a year in school, I got discouraged with the field. In Florida, I don’t know how to describe it, but it’s very hard to be successful in that field in the area I was in. You had to go to Europe or California. I just got discouraged and dropped out. I decided I wanted to do porn. I did have this dream of acting too but I was a bisexual person so I thought I could just combine the two (I’m a very sexual person so I thought I could just combine the two). I did a lot of research before I got into the industry. In May, I signed with Society 15. They flew me out to California and I was getting some good shoots. Yara: I think I was 18 or 19.
